VIP

This advanced manufacturing technique produces high-performance, void free composites making it particularly well-suited for complex and intricate designs.
FRP
FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester) – Our FRP product line manufactured by using a proprietary compression molding technique. Hand-mixed resin and continuous-strand fiberglass are carefully laid into heated molds and compressed. The resulting high-impact, lightweight FRP composites are epoxy-bonded to heavy-duty aluminum extrusions. This innovative process delivers unmatched structural rigidity, exceptional tensile strength, and the flexibility to create components in unlimited sizes.
Rotomold
Rotomold (Rotationally Molded) – Our Rotationally molded products are made from linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). The resin is precisely weighed and placed into molds, which are them heated and rotated simultaneously on both vertical and horizontal axis. This process ensures even distribution and fusion of the resin along the mold’s inner surfaces, producing seamless parts with uniform thickness throughout.
TSC
TSC (Thermos-Stamped Composite) – Our TSC product line is crafted from ECS’s exceptionally strong TSC composite material. Utilizing high-tonnage molding presses, the composite is heated and shaped through precision compression molding. Once formed, the shells are cooled to ensure optimal strength and durability.
